I dont know man I dounbt a single 400W HPS would generate any suspicion, your PC more than a 400W lamp, space heaters, frige, washer drier, fishtank, T.V. toaster, A.C. all these things use more than 400W and up to 1,500W you could have any of these things, or all of them, :P

SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME A FEW WEEKS AGO, SO i BOUGHT A NEW BALLAST, THAN woa big letters, than my new one did the same thing, turned out it was just a bad bulb, I'd get a new bulb and try it out man, mine was making that same noise too.
