buy 2 60 watt cfl's from your local hardware store and set them up on a 2 way. They are like 20 bucks and gives off decent lumen. position them daily according to how your plant is reacting and you should get a decent yeild.

The rule of thumb is usually 12.5-14". About the yield...i have no idea. I think there's too many variables to determine how much it would affect your babies. Im just starting as well so this is based purely on what ive read.... You can go straight to 12/12. Thats usually the norm. Good...

i want high yield and read that that medium is excellent. so ff ocean farm with tri-nute (for later feeding) is good enough for 600watt hps/mh grow tent? ok, one more question....i have the 4'x4x7' tent.....should i go 6 small plants or 4 bigger???? would i need extra cfls?
