    I think you could get pretty warm with those lights if you dont have proper air exchange. My 400 watt sys gets the room real hot. I think that you will end up buying everything eventually so just get it over with and done right. I am going to take my own advice right now.

    The fan is inclosed in the duct. I lowered my wall mount fan and aimed it up at the light and the vent. that solved all of my problems. I dropped the room 10 degrees. Thanks for the help. problem solved.
