u just compared a led light of 300w to a 600w high intensity discharge... also study up on ur leds im sure ur 45w is purple and the coler you realy want is pink also it is perferd to flower with 300w multi band led not just leds but im undoubtly sure a 600 WATT light would do better damn that...

yea i have got 17g of 1 heavyweight fast n vast plant under a 235w florescent it was my 1st grow ever in organic soil... also fine i take back previous statement strain makes up 25%... i personaly belive strain is the back bone and if u dont tend to your ladys properly your yeild will be poop...

well indoor the strain wont matter it depends on veg time and Wattage ur useing grow medium so on and so forth... but id start with heavyweight from herbis seeds if u think thos numbers mean anything go for it but the truth strain is about 10% of what makes up your final yeild
