Not sure about the best, but I've grown Vision seeds Northern Lights Auto (they also have photo variety), and it came out great. Again, likely not the best but at 7 bucks a seed they're hard to beat if your going to be growing several plants .

I've used TSSC 3 times now. My orders go through Chicago customs. I've never had any issues and they've always arrived within 2-3 weeks. Nothing but good things to say about them.
