Most waterings should include cal/ mag in Coco. Most importantly. You can do plain water every few waterings to help flush. Don't forget vitamino to help keep away pm. (Amino) and silica in veg. Also a flush with floraclean or similar every 40 days or so.

Start in March with a 12 hr dark period until they can go outside ( early may) and finish in early june. Harvest. But keep as many big leaves and lower bud growth as possible. It will reveg and you can harvest again in late October or early November. 2 harvest's.

If you clone early or soon you can keep the indoor in veg until early June, then place outside or greenhouse. The mother you can start flower in mid march and harvest in June, reveg and reharvest in October. Just leave some bigger leaves and a few lower bud leaves and bud to reveg. Harvest twice.
