I've done 36 hours of dark ness they mostly stretch looking for light in my opinion n it's. For when u want ur plants to stretch a little. I never do it in flowering tho. Just in veg. Say my plants are looking droopy I'll just give them 24 hours of dark ness 24 hours of light an the leafs...
