Looking good, what grow medium are you running?

What temperature is the grow? If the CFL's are too hot it can cause burning... I've been told that if you hold your hand under the lights for 1 min and the warmth is uncomfortable it's going to feel the same to your plant.

You can always make your own carbon filter using activated carbon from a fish store (they use it as a filter medium for fish tanks). Cheapest option.

Thanks brother! It's nice to tie in the grow with a neat construction project. Beans are local (not from overseas)... Delivery is anonymous so can't tell where from.

I'm no expert on the matter but after reading a lot over the later 6 months I'd be concerned that you've planted far too many seeds for the grow area.. There's no problem, just that your plants will all be fighting for light and airflow will be less once they all grow. As for the grow I have...

Temperature is great inside the speaker. It's currently sitting at 77F (25C). Very happy with that. Humidity is hovering at 20-30% but there is no moisture in the air because the germination container is sealed.

It's time to grow! I've planted two seeds (i'll post strain details soon) into seperate Jiffy Pellets, sitting inside a container of perlite to keep things from drying out during germination. Seeds were soaked for a few hours beforehand. Hopefully we should see these babies rising in the next...
