You say you topped at 6th node. Maybe im missing something but that plant doesnt look like it has 3 nodes. It was and is way to young for nutes. I would flush it good then just use water for 2 weeks maybe 3 before trying to feed again. A side shot would help.

It would be easiest to just get a E39 socket. I dont think there is an adapter. I couldnt find 1 anyway. The Ex39 has a shorter screw in part and the base of the bulb has a longer nub at the end.
