i've got a 300 W HPS bulb just sitting around so i need a ballast for it but i cant seem to find a 300W ballast online.... so could i use a 400W ballast? if so how much should that cost me at like home-depot

how risky is it? i mean if i have these seeds shipped to my house AND im growing there/ should i not do it? just have them send the seeds to someone elses house or is there nothing to worry about

well the whole point of them is that it gives off a red light(on the light spectrum) which is what the plant needs most in flowering. but i would have CFL's on the sides of course
