I submitted my application through Innovative Express Care. They had signs posted that fingerprints are rejected often. Don't worry just yet though. The state will contact you if they need new prints. You can of course email them or call if you want to double check.

Out of curiosity - How many February applicants are left out there? Is yman one of the last to receive their card?

Hey Kathie, I completely understand. I'm on a whole host of anxiety meds and I hate it. They aren't working and I hate popping pills all the time. Look into CBD oil. It's legal in Illinois and some people find relief from it. It might help in the meantime until you get your card.

You should call IDPH. People have been reporting that they receive their card approximately 10 days after the check clears.

I am SO SORRY you've had to wait this long. Breaks my heart. I hope it arrives soon and you can find relief.
