Update Day 2- My little girl sprouted over night, socked in water for about 22-23 hours. (sorry forgot to get a taproot photo) I got her planted in her new home for 2-3 weeks before I move her to the bigger and final container for the rest of the grow. Any tips to keep my little seedling happy?

My budget for lights is around 125$ Since my cab is so small I have been told I cant go LED because I would have the light to close to the plants. So it looks like im going CFL
