    Need help choosing drivers!!!

So the SE version is rated for more volts? If using the regular Vero 29 c version how many can be ran in series before overloading the holder? I can't find a rating for the built in holder!

    Need help choosing drivers!!!

That's where I'm getting a little lost! I know I loose forward voltage the more cobs. What do you mean by 6 would be 400v? Would using the hlg 480 or 600 be less efficient than the 185? If so how much more would it be saving and would it be noticeable difference between them if 24 cobs were running?

    Need help choosing drivers!!!

I have 24 vero29 gen7 version c that I want to run in between 90 to 100watts per cob and dimmable!! The two best ways I can see to drive them are running 2 vero's on a hlg185-c1400b, or 5 vero's on hlg480-c1400b??? Does meanwell carry one that can push 6 of these vero's at 1400ma?? Any help...

    What cobs are good cobs?

I run my timber model 4vs at around 15 to 20" depending on if I have it dimmed or not. I thought timber was the only ones to use that heatsink!! Nice to know others using it as well, I like it!

    What cobs are good cobs?

Wow great chart! So really my choice would be between Vero and cxm22!! I see at 80 to 90w the vero is slightly more efficient but how much more? Don't really understand the ppfd/w how much more would Vero9c save vs cxm22 at 90 to 100w. And how much longer of life span would the vero have?

    What cobs are good cobs?

I bought these sinks around 8 months ago and QB was new to me but for now I'm going to work with what I have so far! U mention 3500k , it's just for flower so wouldn't 3k work a little better? I was just at cobkits site and just realized you don't carry bridgelux. Do you stock them? My timber...

    What cobs are good cobs?

So i do want to go above 75w so sounds like Vero29 c or clu048 1818. I actually own a the v7 model from timber too and was the reason I bought the sst x heatsink, but was thinking there would be a better way to drive them or a way to use less drivers with same numbers? And also still have the...

    What cobs are good cobs?

Ok I'll check them out, thanks! Also what would be the difference in the watts/ma. Say I want to push a Vero or clu or cxm at 80 to 95w would it be better for 1400ma or 2100ma and why? Still trying to learn and have read a ton of your reply and comments on these forums and know your the one to...

    What cobs are good cobs?

There drilled and tapped for vero29, clu048, and cxa/cxb 3070? Not sure if the 3590 would fit or the luminous it just said 35mm for cree. What advantage is there to driving them with higher ma?

    What cobs are good cobs?

I've been meaning to get with you about some chips and drivers!! I got 24 sst x passive heatsink that I've had for awhile. Didn't get to do a build I was planning due to a crazy string of bad luck but I'm getting to where I can possibly pick up where I left. I was thinking 90w max for them but...
