Is there a difference between transplanting gradually (starter to Red Cps to 1.5 gallon pot to 3 gallon) vs. going from starter cups into 3 gallon pots? I thought you would want to transplant as little as possible?

thanks fresh money. I will be adding exhaust system and at least an exhaust fan. I'll take it step by step to see if i need an intake fan. Basement grow...nice and cool down there! Since I have your ear, what about fans and blowers? Static pressure? computer fan? any thoughts?
