ya, mh seems to work best for veg growth while the hps are good for flowering. The reason I chose to go with the smaller cfl's is because they smaller wattage ones have a higher lumen/watt ratio. I could probably use that large 250w cfl in place of the mh if the heat from the mh is too high...
