Plant looks good bro, just watch those roots, they look like early stages of slime or it could be Fox Farm nutes stain. Fox Farm nutes are shitty for DWC growing IMO. You might want to make a tea for your roots to help with getting them back on track! Are you monitoring your res temps??? Peace...

I use Riot Root Plugs for my seedlings and its works good to pop right in CoCo. Insane, I agree about CoCo isnt too easy. For some odd reason I have problems during the seedling stage/early veg phase with coco and getting dialed in. Once I get passed that, its flawless and I love the results...
