cheers, yup 100% sodium bicarb in the cupboard. Cant hurt, suppose it depends how long long it bubbles for and how much you use. If the reaction yields enough to help the planties, maybe just turning of the fans for half a day when you add it.

Sodium Bicarbonate.......Baking powder in the UK sometimes. How come every hour? Theres quite a lot of gaseous CO2 locked in that solid powder. I havnt tried it, but CO2 would get trapped under the canopy for a least a day surely.

Idea. Place a beaker/recepticle in the center of your grow room under the plants. Fill with 20% vinegar water solution and add in 2 teaspoons of baking powder. Repeat once a week. Vinegar and baking powder react and the bubbles are CO2. Opinions please.
