I would defo build some sort of space for your plants to be,you want to keep as much of the light that you have in and around them.but if your planning on flowering them in the same space make sure you have enough room for them to grow.And dont use foil,it gets too warm,just use white paper or...

Ive had good results with the 250w but ive seen them as high as 400w(the bulbs as big as my head).Youve prob heard it before but use ones as big as your space will permit

Also,i wouldnt use any nutes for the time being,

Keep the light as close as you can,appx 1-2 inches,put your hand under the light,if it dont burn your hand it wont burn your plant.I would get some more lights in there if i was you,It would work out much better for you in the long run.

A fan is always good,Your just mimicking the wind and the wind blows at night time too,the only reason i dont have mine on is because i have to run another lead into my tent thats not hooked up to the timer.
