hey guys, im pretty sure i got the prob fixed. i put the oscilating fan in there and now temps are from 76 to 79. it is a shitty fan but im getting a better one. so that should help more. now m worried about putting the other 600w in there. dou you think ill be able to manage.

Im using the air conditioning from the apartment. cant get air from outside. it would be even hotter. cant have cool tube, the lights were a gift and they don't have that kind off attachment. also i was planning on putting another 600w in there but now I'm real worried. thanks for answering...
