why would i not nute it?

at 2 weeks old? and a high ph i think is what caused the yellowing veins and spots. 10 gallon flush on 2 week old plants would kill them wouldnt it? i havent even watered the whole pot yet. just a cup of nute mix around the plant..

isnt this a deficiency though.there yellow veins and spotted yellow on lower leafs..i dont want my plants stunted anyway nor dying. im pretty sure ive been under watering from the start to make sure im not overwatering. and i know ill have to carefully water the 2 week old plants bcuz theyre...

how much should i be watering 2 week old plants?in cups...the plants are in 5 gallon pots. how many times a week should i feed nutrients to them.? aslo WHATS WRONG w/ THIS PLANT AND HOW DO I FIX IT? i want to say a manganese deficiency but im not forsure.
