whats going on everyone, hope all is well.... im curious on to how to apply my nutrients to my plants... Someone told me to spray the plants with them then to add some to the soil.... I dont like the idea of adding the nutes to the soil, because im thinking it will mess the Ph balance up, is...

The one is about 6inches with a lot of leaves, and the other is about the same height with less leaves. Im doing a outdoor grow, and where i live the sun hasnt been to generous... and should i also foliar feed or apply the mix directly into the soil?
