um it could b a few things water on the leafes . if on the under side of the leafes is a lump it is a bug egg

if u got them in buckets then cut the bottom off the buckets and then put them in a hole bout half way on the buckets

dose fish help as fertilizer

will dead fish help the plants grow better

well i live in michigan and i have found that the best time to germ is late winter depndin on how close spring is and to tell the truth u never know what sex the plant is till it grows but dont let that stop u i would put them out when they r bout 4 or 5 inches tall harvest at the first frost...

if it were me i would wait till its leaves r biggeru can kind of tell
