If it's root rot will that start to move up to the buds quickly ? An if so is it best to chop straight away do you think ?

I've just cut off a couple of the top buds to see what's it looking like but after trimming them they seam ok no mold or rot on them ones at least , but they were very very dry ! Is this not good I'm guessing ? Before I cut the rest down should I do another flush to maybe get them a bit more wet...

Well I'm on my way to pick up a portable a/c unit I don't think its going to fit in the tent but maybe it will once the plants are off the ground and hanging up . With it in the tent though won't that make them dry up too quick with dehumidifier inside?
