can anyone help me out please?

There are some brown spots on the leaves that come in big clusters. They end up killing the leaves. anyone know what is wrong? they are under 100 watt cfls which are about 2-3 inches above the plant. I just switched to pro mix premier medium when transplanting. And I am watering every 2-3 days.

I have 7 plants about 10-15 inches tall. They are in plastic solo cups and have been for about 2-3 weeks. I was wondering when I should put them in bigger containers. I have 2.75 L containers that I plan to put them in but I don't want to put them in too soon.

hmm i am a first time grower having the exact same problems with almost the exact same conditions so i am curious to see what people say
