What kind of fertilizers or chemicals did you use? I have a lot of potting soil and numerous plant feeders and schultz plant feeders. Should i use those?

Do watts even matter with CFL's or should i be looking at lumen's only? If you had to use CFL's to grow 3 plants how would you guys do it? I would like to know some options. What would be the best setup you think?
