Dont make it to complicated. No pinching needed, just let it grow to the screen, then when it grows through it pull it back down under the screen, just keep doing that. You can even let the plant grow taller than the screen then bend it over under the screen.

I think i can help you, i have a 150 hps from sunsystem also, it is a nice little light but i use it for veggies and like you wanted a better spectrum so i looked. They make conversion bulbs but i dont think they make them this small, and im pretty sure its a mag ballast so you cant just screw...

Im an Led guy and will tell you that 90w wont come close. Even 2 ufos wont be close. I have 2 126w panels that i think compare to my 400w hps just to give you an idea.

Heat isnt your problem, your room isnt that hot, ive grown in 90+. Your plants look like they need to be watered and feed. Thats why they are wilting and turning yellow. They need to be feed, remember once a clone has roots its as mature as the mother.
