Today was awesome. 15 of us planted 300 trees plus lots of flowers and native grasses as part of a habitat restoration project in Yuba County. If anyone wants to join us for the next planting day, we are going back on December 10th with the goal of planting 500 more trees!

There are some close lookalikes for the turkey tail called false turkey tail. But the underside is totally different. The real turkey tail has tiny little holes while the false turkey tale is more smooth and leathery.

Jarred up about 5 gallons of photon blaster and grand master tops today making 10 total so far. Got lots more drying and more still on the plants. I've got a long weekend ahead of me to get it all down before trick or treaters come Monday. Not too bad for a 1 person grow in a small back yard.
