So my case of 3000K bulbs are finally being delivered today. (They have been held up for WEEKS). All three of my autos are flowering. Should I switch all of the 6400K bulbs out and go with all 3000K, or should I mix them?

Just be cautious as looks can be deceiving. I'm constantly moving my 3 girls around to make sure they are comfortable. I run Botanicare only nutes. Right now I'm watering those girls everyday now that they are so big. I can't comment on how to feed your plants because I run a different set up...
