I would try to have weekly bbqs or something similer at a park get people closer together as well as maybe a create a NORML volonteer group to have possitive presents in the community (there is no present now) would get people their membership cards so the guy in the back can not be so pissed...

I honestly don't know how to run something like that but I have been to NORML meetings back east and it was a much better group. People didn't bitch about the people running it and they did things other than sit at a bar for an hour. Bbq's and ralleys are a couple this phx norml doesn't do...

Do you see the picture ok? His plant are bigger in the pics and much further along. They do not look like better plants because of that. And with the advise that guy gives id be worried that he uses PCB's because they work and very well but you should not ever use them..
