THis looks like a pH problem.. From using tap water to water your plants. Bring the water down to 6.5 for soil. SOme nutes might have gotten locked out b/c of this.

I did have my pH high during the first 2weeks but I lower it 5.6. I also believe that it had a nute lock out. Ima try a pH adjusted flush tomarrow with H2O2 AND sm-90 mixed in it.
