Anyone know what would make the leaves curl under like they are?

is a 250w HPS light too much for flowering? its 60k lumens....

Love the journal, going to watch this one. It looks like her leaves are turning yellow, is that water issue? Im not sure what it is :-( Im a total noob. this was my first grow. I still have this one going, and I "upgraded" my set up as well...check it out...

Or can I just stay with the same lights ? Both plants are auto flowering ...

3 -23w cfls....what should I use for flowering?
