I'm posting from my phone for now so no pics but I have an issue with one of my plants. Up until Testerday my plants were totally fine. But now one of them has these dark brown spots on the leaves. Reminds me of freckles or chocolate chips. Does anyone know what this is from?

Thanks for all the help guys. I checked on the plants this afternoon and they seem to be progressing now. I did however see some dark brown spots on one of my plants. Looks like freckles. Plant looks healthy otherwise. Someone let me know if this is a threat and if so what should I do to get rid...

I haven't started using it yet. Honestly don't know when to start. How much to use. Or how often to feed.

I actually do want to keep them shorter. don't plan on vegging any more than 5 weeks. I'm not looking for huge yields. Just an experiment for me. Something to occupy my time with. Which is why I went with the cheaper CFL option. here is a pic of 2 of the 3 plants. The 3rd is a master Kush plant...

i sorta knew this would happen when i posted. i've read so many other post where people are arguing over 24:0 and 18:6. I don't know if it make a difference or not. This is my first grow. And I'm doing 24:0 bc its more convenient for me. I just wanted to know why I hadn't seen much progress...

Ok guys. Progress report. I've transplanted all plants to 2 gallon pots. Like I said before I kept the 6 68w bulbs in but also added 8 5000 rated 23w bulbs in. They're on y splitters. And I made reflectors out of tin pans I bought at the dollar store. I also decided to go to a 24:0 photoperiod...

I wanna change it bc I recently added more cfls but don't have the timers to put on them and the power strips I'm using wont accommodate more timers. So my thought is to take all the timers off and just do 24/0

My plants are 2 weeks old and I've been doing 18/6. I wanna change it to 24 hours. Would this stress the plants too much?

I'm sure I could have found them at wal Mart or lowes. But I wasn't about to drive around the whole city.

Ok. I've added 8 23w bulbs on y splitters. I got the 5000 bc home depot didn't have 6500. It's blinding to look in my box now.

Oh I've already bought some of those bulbs. I'll add them tomorrow.

And no I'm using a armoire. Flat white paint and fans. Also have a 6in exhaust fan. Also I fully intend on throwing some full spectrum in there. But if I didn't could I offset the difference by giving them more veg time?

Ok. Sounds like what I'm hearing is I have to make a choice between good buds and fantastic buds. Considering the fact that I'm on a budget and this is probably a one time thing, I think I can live with good. So I'll be going with the CFL grow. Thanks everyone for the input and the advice.
