hello, ive been trying to decide what kind of fans to buy, i figured i would just go with the one ive heard about the most. So i look up can fan on ebay, and theres like 100 different models to choose from.. i need two 8" fans i will be using for cool tubes, and one 10" fan that all the ducting...

but i usually do about 10 plants in 3 gal pots, which would = 30 gallon. but the 3 gal pots usually look like its way more than enough soil at the end

i wanna pull about a pound per plant hopefully. I always get more than a pound on 1000 if i do a sog. Ive never tried 1 plant per light tho. this 15 gallon pot is massive, will be a bitch if i have to transplant again, but i will if i need to. And, i need to keep em under 5 feet, its gonna be fun

looks like over watering to me. anytime ive over watered my babies, the stem turns dark like yours are. what kind of light are you using? when their that small i would use cfls for sure and keep them very close 1-3 inches away
