Not sure how to describe them,i know theyre not silvertails cause they dont move like them,theyre real small,basicly u dont see them till they move,and as I said it was when I watered that they started jumping about all over the place.Thats really the best I can describe them,tiny white mites...

Get urself a 600w but also get a 5" carbon filter setup and a cooltube with its own 5" fan,id be wary of using one fan cause then ur pulling already hot,dirty air over ur bulb.but yeah 2 fans and that way temps arent a problem and its more efficient,cooler u get the bulb the closer u can put it...

Also it depends what lamp ur growing under,like if ur growing under a cfl then some of those lower buds will take forever to swell and the pistils to turn,then again if its a 1000w hps ur growing under then uv still got a while to go
