Rule of thumb, in flower, only green lights during the night... vegetative, red should be ok because 24 hour light is common and wont harm the plants... people use green to work in the dark during flower... :) hope that helps!...

Thats a beetle, no harm or foul... beetles can eat plant matter and some eat other insects. If you ever notice your plants getting damaged from this pest, then I would be concerned...! Hope this helps!... :)
