I agree. Cal mag all the way... purple stems can be genetics, but brown purple spots on leaves is cal mag... :)

Its May 6th and the seedlings looking good. No probs so far. If you look closely, a very faint hint of purple can be visible from some of the seedlings.

How compact is your fertilizer? Honestly looks like overwatering or high humidity. Holes in the pots? Proper drainage can help, because fertilizer needs to breathe... thanks for the pics...! :) other than that, looks healthy...
