how did you check trichomes! i grew some white widows and i can tell you that 10 Weeks since first pistil is more then enough under 400W HPS! but as you said 10 weeks from 12/12 u might be in 8th week flowering now! also if you checked with naked eyes get a pocket microscope and double check...

as long as you do ur homework nothing is hard! it will just grow if you give it the right blend and check daily PPM and pH!

bone meal and blood meal are slow release organic fertilizers that most growers mix with soil before planting. IMO i advice you to get some balanced fertilizer from ur hydroshop otherwise it will take time for ur plant to get P from it!

IMO change ur light cycle to 18h/6h. the only growing difference between that and 24h/0h is ur electricity bill! plus, the plant needs dark period for a complete photosynthesis (Light + Co2 = O2) / (Darkness + O2 = Co2)! We keep light 24h mosetlly for clones and seedling... dont play...

what kinda lights u use? and how far from the tops?

i think algae need humidity and a bit of light. the more efficient way to block sun spectrum and get it mostly absorbed is BLACK IMO so it can be the best choice.
