It’s very old soil that I found in my grandparents shed after they passed unfortunately. Its brand is jungle growth flower&veg professional mix But I plan on growing out of coco for my next grow.

This is an old soil I got from my grandparents house awhile ago it said it has perlite in it but it is very old is this mold detrimental to the plants? And how do I fix this if I need to since it’s already in the pot and the plant has sprouted.
