I am also curios on the best way to lower soil ph. I recently bought some ph down to adjust the water and it doesnt seem to make a difference in the ph of the soil.

I decided to try something new. I hope it helps. I put a heater in my room and turned the light off. I mixed up a weak nute solution and misted my plants. I dont know if its gonna do any good but I figured its worth a shot.

Well I am happy to report that my plants are still growing rapidly. The spots have not seemed to slow them down any. they are looking quite happy today. I watered them yesterday with ph adjusted water to 5.0 in hopes to lower my soil ph as well as thier weekly feeding.
