    "Betty". My first grow.

I appreciate you. Thanks for stopping by. I'm excited for the next run. Working on securing some strains id like to try. I will also start gathering equipment for the shed. I've got to get power to it so that's priority #1. I can insulate anytime soon.

    "Betty". My first grow.

Betty is hanging. Sorry we couldn't go the full distance. Caterpillars and a few small spots of budrot got me paranoid and I chopped her. Definitely trying again next year with known strain and genetics that flower quicker. She's frosty though at 8-9weeks. No real huge buds. Lots of popcorn...

    "Betty". My first grow.

Welp it's been a tough few days with Betty. Covered her up for the rains. After uncovering her I was greeted by caterpillars. Have picked probably a dozen off buds. This morning I found my first bud rot. Setting up my hanging area now and going to chop her early. Between the caterpillars and now...

    What do you all think?

If you had any bud rot I'd think about chopping. Not worth loosing most of it over a week. The trichomes will continue to mature during drying. If you have mostly cloudy with some amber I would take it before the rain. I started harvesting mine today. I'm probably a month shy. I'm not going to...

    Tropical Storm Helene

I'm going to greenhouse it next year. Already told the wife it's happening. I'm in the north east. We only got rain late Wednesday and most of Thursday. Looking dry for the next 3-4 days. Preying for all you that were effected.

    Tropical Storm Helene

Praying for you brother. I'm hoping to push a few more weeks. I am going to a few branches today as my dry space is limited and the rest in 2 weeks(pending no major issues) she's fading pretty fast though now.

Is this looking on track going into week 6?

Just gave her a once over since the rains. Glad I did. Just picked off 8 very small caterpillars from her. They were all just chilling on the outside.......... It might be time to chop her before things go from OK to bad real quick. I'm not spraying nothing on her at this point. Must have had a...

Is this looking on track going into week 6?

Rain has stopped so got her uncovered. These are this mornings pics showing the concerns. Maybe it will help with a diag. Sites are still filling in. Plenty of white hairs still. Parts of the plant is lighter green and other parts still holding that deeper green.

Is this looking on track going into week 6?

Been mostly giving her teas so the notes should be pretty available. I'm kinda excited for the soil test this weekend. I'm just waiting for the rain to stop so I can uncover her. It's 95% humidity here currently...........

    Tropical Storm Helene

Rain over tonight. Plastic coming off in the morning. Even with the plastic on she's still got some airflow moving through her. Hoping for the best it's all we can do.

    Tropical Storm Helene

I covered Betty lastnight. Glad I did. She's to far in to risk it and not far along to chop........ Painters plastic works great in a pinch. I threw up 6, poles all around her. Put two longer ones right down the middle by her trunk and threw the plastic over and tied the corners to some poles...

    I think I'm getting close!

One looks ready to me. If two was the one with the white hairs hive that one another week or two. To my eye one looks ready. Good looking bud. Nice job!

Is this looking on track going into week 6?

I haven't used charts like that but that is a big help. Thank you! What's a good source of organic N? If i.had to pick one from the chart I'd say she's lacking Nitrogen and sucking it out of the leaves to the tops. I suppose that may be a good thing since she's focusing on bud fattening. Ill get...
