Plants are droopy and leaves are curly/wavy

Thank you. I'm obsessing hard and terrified of screwing up. It just feels like something isn't right lol Any idea what causes the wavy look though? Is that normal for young plants?

Plants are droopy and leaves are curly/wavy

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well. I'm new to growing cannabis and looking for some feedback. Not sure if I'm just overthinking things or I'm having legitimate issues. I'm using a KIS organics soil from http://blackswallowsoil.com/product/kis-mix-blended-soil-651 I bought it a couple of...

Day 6 from breaking soil, plants leaning.

Thanks, just moved them up another 6 inches. Wondering if that's enough? Recommended hang is 24 inches at this stage, but I do agree they are stretching. Sitting at 18 inches now.

Day 6 from breaking soil, plants leaning.

Hey guys, first real grow here and came home today to find 2 of my 5 seedlings leaning over. I'm running a living soil (kis organics), still in solo cups. Using the Optic Slim 600h led at 24 inches above and at 25% power, as per Optic recommendations. Was going to put the fan on today, but...

Ok to start seedling in dark?

Thanks, I figured I was overthinking it. I mean, they've been in darkness their entire lives to this point, what's a few more hours lol

Ok to start seedling in dark?

Excited for my first real run finally and the seeds are ready for planting. I'm going to do 18/6 for light schedule, but, the hours I plan to use would unfortunately start them out in dark. Is this a big deal?

What's more important when drying? Temp or humidity?

Definitely going to cure. Buds feel dry to the touch but stems won't snap. I know I want the best of both but that's not an option at the moment. I could put it in the basement and get cooler temps with lower humidity.

What's more important when drying? Temp or humidity?

Been drying for 4 days with temps ranging from 75-85. Humidity at around 50% I know the temps are too hot, but, no AC at the moment. I planned on doing for 7-10 days, but wondering if the high temps will speed that up. Tried to snap the smallest stem and it was all bendy, so, I don't think...

That is fair and I appreciate the discussion. :bigjoint:

Slim 600H from Optic LED, claiming 3.03 umols/j

I was worried about the gamble, especially as someone completely new to growing. It can be overwhelming sifting through all the research and options out there when you're just starting out. I know I could have gotten more value for my money, but, I was more comfortable keeping it local if...

Slim 600H from Optic LED, claiming 3.03 umols/j

Anyone here use this light? I know it gets some hate on these forums, and, the info is apparently out there but I can't seem to find it. I'm still very new to the cannabis community so it's hard for me to understand all the history. When I was researching lights I was honestly more interested...

    Flushing

Think I know who you're talking about. Really fucking annoying voice. I don't know whether he can grow or not, but, his discount codes saved me a bunch of money so I thank him for that

Does the strength of your light have an affect on the lifespan of an autoflower?

This is something that I have read many times in my research and I hope to never do it. Thank you for reinforcing it. Would you continue to feed it nutrients at this point? I've read mixed opinions about flushing and not flushing, but, I feel like one or two more feedings wouldn't hurt...

Does the strength of your light have an affect on the lifespan of an autoflower?

So, it's going to finish at the same time regardless of lighting conditions? Buddy must have been wrong about the time frame then because from what I can see it's still got a couple of weeks at least (I realize the pics aren't the best to see trichs).

Does the strength of your light have an affect on the lifespan of an autoflower?

Hey all, happy Saturday! I have never grown before but have been in the process of piecing together a setup for about 6 weeks. 4 weeks ago, a friend gave me an auto of his that had already started to flower. He needed to clear some space so I told him I'd take it. Problem was, I only had a...

    Blumat with Soil and Megacrop?

Haha I'm lazy too It's the drilling of holes and sealing properly that I'm worried about as far as diy, but, I'll keep looking. Thanks.

    Blumat with Soil and Megacrop?

Did you make your own? Having a hard time finding a diy solution... Or even a 5 gallon that comes ready to use.

Complete newb, can I attach the carbon filter to fan like this?

Thanks for the help everyone. Interesting...I'll have to read up on that. Do you just leave yours on the whole grow? I guess I'm just not sure how long they last and how often you'd be replacing them if they were used the whole grow. I've got some of that laying around. I could use...

Complete newb, can I attach the carbon filter to fan like this?

Hey guys, happy Saturday. First time setting up a fan and filter. Can I run the carbon filter directly connected to the AC infinity fan or should I use some duct work to separate the two? I'm not sure if I'd get a tight enough seal from the clamp if I don't use ductwork. The clamp obviously...
