you can buy wagos at crown ace hardware I would just use those. If you want it to be waterproof I would put wagos inside a water proof junction box.

Double A's plants look like very healthy normal plants that are sleeping. OP's plants look to me a littttttle bit overfed on the other hand. I would reduce feed a little bit personally but they don't look bad. One of my strains claws like that on feed days and then it's totally fine after.
