Oh, ok. So you are measuring it on the AC side of the wiring(between driver & wall), not the DC side (between driver & qb's)?

Sweet build. I just happen to be looking for a voltage/current meter for my build. I'm gonna be running 2-304's per driver. And the driver I have maxxes out at 118v's. Your meter display looks like it's reading just that, 118v. What is the voltage rated for on that meter and where did u find it...

Thanks alot. I had come across that one but was unsure because of the other features it had, like battery life. Which would just be redundant in my application. Good to know it will work. Thanks again.

Hello to all the QB "enthusiasts. I have come here before for some help w/ a qb120 veg build. Much help and appreciation w/ that. Now I'm building an air-cooled flowering light and need a little help again with an inline Voltage/Current display meter. I want to be able to monitor the output...

I got a couple meanwell LRS-75's and they kill it for single qb120s. I'm sure the lrs-150 will do the same for two. They are cheap and dimmable.

It should but most people here (I think), including me, use the one with insulation rated for 300v. And in series, you will be running 96v through that wire. Cutting it kinda close.

Strictly just for vegging my 3×3. Measuring 29"×25" and weighing in at a whopping 4.8lbs fully dressed. I give you, "The VEdGe Hammer". I was high & that was the best I could come up with. It's 4- 4000k QB120's wired in parallel, powered by a Meanwell ELG-240-24A. It's dimmable and able to push...

Is that a 12v battery charger in the background and are you using it to power your Qb's?

I think HLG just plays it REALLY safe with wiring these boards. They try and "dummy" proof them as much as possible since they know we are not all electricians. And we are gonna still build them. And mistakes are gonna happen. But an electrical mistake can be a big one.

Neither is my ELG-240-24 that I have driving 4 qb120s in parallel. I e-mailed HLG & they said it was all good. CC or cv shouldn't really matter since the LRS-75 is only driving 1 board. Should it? U can only wire a single qb120 one way. They have 2 Molex but they are shared. So it's really just...

Any1 building or lighting with a qb120 board need to check out this little driver. Up to 75watts, 90% effecient, dimmable, cooler to the touch than the qb120 they are driving, and $12.80 b4 any discount at arrow. U will need a multimeter or killawatt so u don't overdrive. At 20.43v, it's...
