What lighting schedule would you use for seedlings?

I just put my Phizion 600w led light in. I have the settings on veg but I’m wondering how far away I should have the light from my seedling. Check out the pics and lmk what you guys think.

What’s up guys, I got a very important question, Yesterday I noticed one of my seedlings leaves were bitten off by a bug. I am worried it will get worse and kill my seedling. Is Dr Bronners soap mixed with vinegar, Peppermint, and Eucalyptus oil safe? LMK!!!

I switched the watering cycle to once a day, I will add water if I notice the soil is dry. I also have some liquid seaweed from blue planet on the way is that good for seedlings?

I live in hawaii so they get constant sunlight I have the watering schedule set to 2 times a day and it waters for 1 minute. The plants seem to like it I’m taking some pictures of my seedlings let me know what you think!

Outdoor grow, my fox farm trio just came in. Should I start with big bloom?

Yo what’s up guys I got a question for you experts out there. I have 4 plants in the seedling stage. Two just sprouted and two have their first set of leaves. I am wondering if you can use the fox farm trio, liquid seaweed and bone meal for the veg stage.
