I got some very good grows out of some generic COBs from Amazon. 16oz from a 4x4 was fine considering what I paid for the lights. But yeah, Blurples are old tech and should be consigned to history.

Spot on, IMHO. Your are right about the most expensive nute lines don't mean you will have the best results. The amount of times on here you see noobs that have dropped a load of $$$ on Fox Farms, Advanced Nutrients, Bio Bizz and similar, only to produce some of the worst weed I have ever...

I use Tomato feed. It is actually just a basic Liquid Seaweed plant food, has everything you need in a single bottle, it is just marketed at Tomato growers. Just adjust the dilution ratio to suit. As soon as I stopped using various bottles of snake oil my weed improved greatly, funnily enough...

I have tried it. It does nothing for your plants, but if you have fungus gnats it pisses them off no end.

I'd say you are overwatering it and your lights are next to useless, which is why it has stretched.

Fuck that is bad. In the UK, it is about £10 a gram for street weed, so a pound would be £4480 or $5934. $700 is $43 an Oz, that is about the same as I would expect to pay for 3g. So all the lack of prohibition means is there is a race to the bottom in pricing.

I am no expert with coco, but I am sure that you are supposed to feed daily as coco is totally inert.

I have 3 North Thunderfucks on at the moment, they are on the second day of 12/12. I think I have two different phenos, 2 plants look identical and the third has slightly different looking leaves. Only time will tell for sure. Yours look really good TBH.

I go 2.5L to 17L. I used to start in a 1L and then a 2.5L. But I can't be arsed with the little pot, they are only in them for 3 weeks max. I am trying to minimise the work load of my grow.

With soil it is my opinion that most bugs are brought in via the media. Personally I only buy it from places that have a high turn over of the stuff, if it has been sitting around that is when the bugs get in. Also I won't buy soil from anywhere that keeps it outside.
