In veg I keep my light at 24”-36” and in flower I’ll lower it to as close as 8” if the genetics I’m running can take it. Correct the issues and the growth should continue as normal but as u mentioned with autos u can’t make up for lost time!

The heat+humidity this summer has been intense here too. I grow indoors but am having work on the house done and am without AC for the week, and maybe next week. My girls and I are very much at its mercy.

I would look for something that is high in CBD, like a 1:2 ratio of thc to cbd ( 5%THC &10%CBD). Or consider mixing in CBD bud to normal bud. I think sweetseeds has some good CBD seeds you should look at.

It’s an auto flower I forgot to mention that. They are actually just starting to stretch. Sour stomper is notorious for being a super fast 60-70 strain

If something is easy it’s probably not worth doing. Trial and error is a key process not only in growing some killer bud, but in life as a whole! The upside about this is you’ve learnt a whole lot that you can apply to your next grow! Don’t give up!
