No fertilizer because i transplanted it into soil bio bizz all mix. (Nutreints included for 2 weeks) PH 7 PPM i do not know. I water when pot is light to pick up, i also check a few inches down. It was doing great till i transplanted it followed by plain water. Might try recharge microbes...
