I'm a total newb so keep that in mind... I had a few fungus gnats show up in my first grow. I added a tablespoon of mosquito bits to my water bucket and just let it sit for a day or two and watered the plants as normal. Gnats gone in a couple days. Also added a yellow fly catcher for any adults.
