Don't buy Mars, it's a ripoff. You can easily get 1.5g/w with LED's. It isn't rocket science. Those LED brands that aren't clear with their PPF/W shouldn't even be mentioned in a horticulture forum imho. Watts and lumens doesn't measure what your plants need. This is a fact, not a theory. Peace.

btw, looking at your metal: is that u channels on every strip, 2 inch width and ~ 2 feet long? yes. and for the frame, the sides area also U channels or L? yes. and the center between the 2 strips, is that just a flat long aluminum piece? yes.

Your plants are fine. Keep your VPD in balance, watch out for pest and diseases and don't overfeed.

Plants have fully recovered. Advice to other growers with the same problem as me: - Don't give nutrients in the first weeks. - Don't soak Jiffy's in nutrients solutions. - Be patient, everything is going to be fine. Peace.

They arent really heatsinks just aluminium U profiles. Dimensions are length:140cm x width:4.5cm x height:2cm. I haven't noticed any heat but I only ran them for 5-10minutes. I will post more info this weekend as I will try to finish the build and mount the light in my grow tent.
