Im running 4 Luminus, 2x 185H-1400 running at 300watts, or 75watts each, In flower, Im at 44,000 lux --710 PAR @ 15inchs. seedlings, I look for 250 PAR or around 15,000 lux. I get 250 PAR at 36 inches outside my rig.
